Before committing to any event, we find it helpful to clarify some of the financial details up front. Typically we request reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses for Randy Caldwell and an associate. This includes two coach airline tickets, two king non-smoking hotel rooms, and a rental car, if necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If this is an international, a business class and coach ticket are also required.
